MotoAgentFirst Use
Get started with MotoAgent and begin using your AI assistant
Step 1: Create an account
1. Open the MotoAgent desktop app.
2. Click Sign in in the top navigation.
3. Choose a sign-in method:
- Email and password: enter your email and password, then sign up or sign in
- GitHub: continue with your GitHub account
- Google: continue with your Google account
Step 2: Learn the interface
Chat area
The center area is the main place to chat with AI
Conversation list
The left side shows conversation history. Click to switch.
Navigation
Left sidebar: Chat, Agents, Channels, Settings, and more
Status light
Bottom left: green = healthy, yellow = starting, red = error
Step 3: Start chatting
1. Click New Chat on the left to create a conversation.
2. Choose the agent you want to use at the top.
3. Type your message in the input box at the bottom.
4. Press Enter to send.
Press Shift + Enter for a new line
Step 4: Send files
MotoAgent supports many file types:
- Images: jpg, png, gif, webp, and more
- Documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PPT
- Other: txt, csv, json, zip
Ways to send files:
- Drag and drop: drag files into the chat window
- Click upload: use the + button beside the input
- Paste: use Ctrl+V to paste images or screenshots
